GENERAL INFORMATION
RETURN GOODS POLICY
All returns are subject to restocking charge and must have prior authorization from our customer service department. Packages without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) displayed will not be accepted. Authorized returns must be received within (30) days of RMA issuance. Returns must be in original saleable condition and must be returned freight prepaid.
CLAIMS
All claims must be made in writing and received by Todd within ten days after receipt of merchandise. If a shipment is received in a damaged condition, a claim must be filed with the delivering carrier and noted on the freight bill before you accept merchandise.

All prices and specifications of products shown in this catalog are subject to change without notice.
TAXES
Any Federal or State Excise Tax and/or Sales Tax for which we may be liable for on any sale will be charged to and paid by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for furnishing tax exempt or resale certificates if applicable.
MINIMUM BILLING CHARGE
$150.00 net. Orders less than minimum are subject to a $10.00 charge and must be paid by cash or credit card.
TODD LIMITED WARRANTY
Todd Enterprises warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser provided that the product has not been altered or neglected and is installed and used in a normal and appropriate manner as per Todd’s written instructions. The B#b5b5b5uyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any defect or failure of performance of the product shall be the return of the product with proof of purchase and shipping charges prepaid to Todd Enterprises. Todd, at its option, will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any product found upon inspection by Todd to be
defective.
TODD ENTERPRISES MAKES NO WARRANTY OTHER THAN THAT STATED ABOVE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICUAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPRESSED ABOVE. LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
